2. Services
Our legal services include consultations, document preparation, and representation for seniors. Each service is described on our site with its own scope and fees. You may schedule or reschedule a service by contacting us through our Contact Form. Services cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Services cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable due to the preparation and allocation of resources.
3. Info Products
SeniorLawz offers digital guides and tutorials on topics relevant to seniors. Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to download or view the materials. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the content. For approved refunds, we will credit your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Goods
Our physical products include printed materials, legal forms, and merchandise. You have 14 days from shipment receipt to request a refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact Form. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You may also exchange goods for alternative items of equal value.
5. Refund Policy
This section outlines how refunds are processed and under what conditions they are granted:
- Services: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled time receive full refunds. Late cancellations are non-refundable due to service preparation commitments.
- Info Products: Requests made within 30 days and before 20% access are fully refundable.
- Goods: Unused items in original packaging returned within 14 days are refundable. Exchanges available.
All approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment source within ten business days. If your payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method or issue a credit for future purchases.
6. Modifications and Transfers
You may reschedule a service at no additional cost if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Info products and goods may not be transferred between accounts, but you may transfer a scheduled service to another individual with our approval.
7. No Refund Services
Certain personalized services involving extensive legal drafting or court representation require an upfront commitment of resources. Such services are explicitly marked as non-refundable on our site and in your order confirmation. We provide this policy to ensure fair allocation of time and expertise for all clients.
